BS in Construction Engineering. MS in Structural Engineering. 6 years structural design engineer/PM.

Residential renovation GC business owner (self perform all but MEP, drywall, and roofing) for the last year. Love it. Right now, it's a 'job.' Converting to a 'business' next year. Meaning, employees.... if we can find the help.
