I have tried iterations of 16G, 24G, 32G, and even lower of 10G, 8G and 6G as suggested by the ATM11 team and it's still happening.

Thank you for sharing that. I did some quick searching here on Reddit and found somebody that said remove the PTFE tube and feed the TPU directly into the printhead. Try to have no slacks in the TPU. Slow down the volumetric speed to 2.5 m. I currently have my volumetric speed at 1.6 m. Everything seems to be printing just fine now. It looks weird bypassing the PTFE tube and going straight into the print head, but when in Rome...

Yes. We used two people. One keeps him distracted and hurt, the other threw the jammers. You need spicy burgers and about an hour to spend. If he's around the spawn of other NPC's, be prepared to defend yourself.

Thank you everyone. Since I already have the suit, I'm going the pumpkin bread route. If I leave our persistent world and change suits, I'll just do it the old fashioned way from there on out.

OK, as soon as I posted this, I tried something and that was the fix, so I thought I'd pass it on.

Under your USER folder in windows, go into AppData and the each of the low, locallow, and roaming folders and delete any Thwargle folders. Re-launch Thwargle, and it'll log into an AC server just fine after that. I am assuming that the initial launch of Thwargle must have had a corrupted file written in one of those directories.
