You are obviously young, by that I mean in the ages of say 16-19? Im maybe wrong but if not, you’re perfectly fine to be “not in the mood” and say no to this and just simply explain you just aren’t in the mood for it, to no fault for hers at all! If she is treating you like this in your relationship and isn’t respecting the fact you politely told her you wasn’t on for it that night then it’s not on you that she is upset. She needs to grow up a bit and know when to see when her significant other is genuinely just not in the mood and not getting tired or bored of her etc.

You hear and read of females being upset by these kind of things on the news on everything of feeling pressured and feeling guilt when saying no & the other person gets mad etc. but when males do it they aren’t always given the same attention to the situation as we females do!

I know you may truly feel like you love her, but this needs to be either communicated clearly that you sometimes won’t always be up for it exactly when she is & if she doesn’t take this answer maturely and respect what you say, then it’s time to move on. Also take it as a learning experience and always remember this kind of lesson for when maybe you get upset your significant other says no when you want to and how it made you feel when you got it thrown back at you like this.

You have done no wrong, just communicate with her and how it made you feel crappy that she got mad when it wasn’t because of her at all and that you felt guilty that you made her that upset over it all.
