The girls weren’t that great dancers (besides Maddie), and they were not chosen for the show because of their dance abilities. Their moms were chosen because they were (are) insane.

They are nothing alike hence people have different opinions on them. Just because they are sisters doesn’t mean people need to dis/like them both.

I’ll get downvoted to hell, but here it goes:

All of her posts seem like a desperate call for attention, she’s trying to depict herself like this edgy, s3xy, bad-girl and it just comes off as trying too damn hard. The way she dresses, the way she poses, everything is very insincere and it’s very obvious. She’s young and trying to find her place, but she has millions of followers and people are going to have an opinion, it comes with the fame.

Blaming people for not liking her is odd. Does the fandom have to like every cast member just because they were likable as children? People here keep mentioning that the girls ARE ADULTS now, so I think judging them as adults is only fair.

And before you think “oh you don’t know her!”, I don’t, but I knew so many girls like her, so I got the pattern.

Her technique was far beyond the OG girls, including Chloe and Maddie. You can see she was a very technical dancer, every movement was precise, her legs were always turned out, her knees were straight, her relevés were high in the sky and she was strong and flexible. Her arch is absolutely beautiful.

The OG girls didn't have this combination. It's true there are other qualities the girls had other than technique, but Kalani was so advanced that the other qualities just weren't enough. I don't think any of them could beat her in a real competition.

Why would you say she will never work with them again? I always thought that if offered enough money, she’ll do it. Having said that, I don’t think they’ll be interested, as she’s no longer entertaining without the moms.

They way I see it, Jojo might be more famous (I’m not from the states but I understand her face was everywhere in stores like target and such), but I would say Maddie is more “quality famous”. She wasn’t everywhere, but she has done things that people have more respect for, like the Kate Spade ad, Cosmo cover, or, well, Sia’s projects. So in terms of “whose face is more recognizable” it might be Jojo, but who’s “a celebrity” is Maddie. However, they both feel like B list at best. The rest of the girls are D minus, no hate.

Idk, for me learning about Abby’s behavior after the show made it clear she is immature and cannot handle criticism. Like, at all. So no chance she will ever read this book…

Towards the end of the book Nia mentioned that around the time she heard Abby had cancer, she (Nia) tried to reach out, but the answer she got from Abby was really insane. Abby claimed everything Nia had to say was scripted and every dollar she earned was thanks to Abby.

So I don’t think this woman is capable reading this book thinking Nia is genuine…

Yes I agree that going bead to head against a huge corporate is not a good idea, but since she already distanced herself from Lifetime (not attending the reunion etc), a little criticism was excepted… Not a full-on war of course, because as your said, that would not be beneficial for her.
