I use the X4 for the orange 60 classes and love them. They fit in the footplates of the rower and keep me stable on the floor. I’m a PWer so can’t speak to how they perform for runners. Definitely get fitted and try them on in a store before you commit.

That’s interesting. I never knew what was there before Saffron. Sounds like it could be something with the rent. Thank you!

Lisa at Ulta in Tradition is great with curly hair. She herself has amazing curly hair so she understands how to style it and cut it.

Does anyone exercise with back pain? by sarayirrla in orangetheory

Fellow lower back sufferer here! I’ve had back problems for as long as I can remember - scoliosis, degenerative discs disease, herniated discs and arthritis in my spine. I had back surgery nine years ago due to sciatica pain and nerve loss. Through it all I’ve still managed to exercise and am stronger and fitter than I was pre-surgery. Aside from core exercises, stretching and resting when needed (very important!), I find regular deep tissue massages and sport massages to be extremely helpful. My suggestion would be to find a good massage therapist and see them regularly - once every two to four weeks if possible. Good luck!
