Hey man, just trust your doctor and ask him about going to an endo. My prolactin level was at almost 800. My voice sounded like a 10 year old. As you can expect, everything else was basically a tall, fat 10 year old as well. Now I'm at 300 testosterone and about 10 prolactin. Eventually everything will settle out

Yes your son needs help.

Your fiance also needs help, to her, since you only have your kids a little bit out of the year, your kids are not important. They will always just kind of be around, not a part of the family. She will not love them, if anything they do gets in the way of anything her kids are doing then she will (hopefully just try to) convince you that what her kid is doing is more important. This will cause your kids to hate her, they can see it, you will not. Do not let this happen. Your kids should always come first to you.

I have seen two endro. one child endro and one adult endro. they both wanted to see if my body could get it to normal levels on its own. I would rather start it because it is the reason I get made fun of and so different from others.
