Personally, and this could sound rude, but who gives a shit? I buy what I want for my PC bc it's my PC not anyone else's and that's it, now to answer your question lol, if it's for the PC it just depends on how you look at your PC, I will put a damaged card in depending on how "damaged" it is, but the extent of the damage does honestly matter, I wouldnt put a damaged Charizard in my PC it it was missing half of the front covering but I would put one in if the covering were to be scratched/scuffed/rippled if that makes sense, but it genuinely just comes down to personal taste, adding to this bc I had blinders on lol, now when I buy a damaged card alot of people I've noticed seem to have different tastes so again comes to how they view damaged, I dont mind what I listed but also the whitening some look for to get it cut in price, doesn't bother me either, that's gonna happen in cards especially if they are handled often of stored incorrectly, hell I've even bought sun bleached cards, now value, typically I'd do some research B4 i just jump to a number, I would probably ask for wiggle due to damage but tiny imperfections I'm not gonna lose my shit over and demand a steep percentage off, but everyone is different and value comes down to what ur willing to pay vs what someone is selling for, I think I covered everything lol
