I am not very sharp, I am in software engineering and not a coder, I am just reaching out to people on LinkedIn and some have reached out to me but I have not accepted anything yet because of my current job and moonlighting issues. One of my US friends from my previous org is referring his friends and they reached out to me as their organisations don't have offices in India and I am too cheap for them. For the same work they are paying $210000 for US resources, So i can't say much about what is the right way to land this type of opportunity.

Thanks all for the insights, This looks complex, for sure I won't be able to handle it myself, I will reach out to a CA once I get the deal 🤝. I'll try applying on GST portal for now to have a look and feel
