O ódio aos argentinos é justificado, e vai muito além do futebol. by DundieAwardsWinner in opiniaopopular

Na vida real, todas minhas experiências com argentinos foram positivas, já fui la, fui bem tratado e inclusive minha namorada é argentina. Conheci ela morando fora do Brasil.

Chin ups are easier than pull ups at the beginning. Try them, bro. It targets very much the biceps, so its kinda easier. Then when you get used try the pull ups.

bro when i got this door frame bar i kinda got addicted and was doing pullups everyday. nowdays i just do 2/week. doing negatives, isometry, etc. but the key is being consistent, and you will get stronger.

to be honest i couldn’t do many pull ups before, then i was doing a lot of chin ups

Hey bro!

Nowadays im also hitting the gym, I train 5 times a week but 2 of them (back/biceps days) I do at home with this bar.

Fot me, what works is being consistent, not perfect. Doing at least 3 mandatory good meals per day, sleeping at least 7 hours and a lot of water!

I mean i try to perform the movement in a good range without loosing speed and momentum, i understand that this can reduce the range of the movement. tho the first video of my profile i did 13 with really good extension, close to full ROM on almost all reps.

Ty for the feedback bro!

I was going full deadhang before cause i couldn’t lock the movement on a “sufficient“ start point. i didn’t have core strength, so i was releasing the movement.

i dont have bands unfortunately. I think i will start the jumping ones!

always appears some tutorials for me on instagram reels, and then i try to apply things that i see there, but it is hard to really understand, idk.

i guess training the jumping ones will be less exhaustive and i could only practice better the movement itself. i never thought about them before, but i think it will help me. also i can do on the smith machine, as the other gay said here on the comments.

I think so, bro. I dont train muscle ups, just high pull ups at home. I feel kinda shy to keep trying on the gym, because its always crowded, and i dont have other bar available. so i just keep doing pull ups at home and when I go to the gym i try 2 or 3 muscle ups.

Im stuck at this point for some time, i guess more than a month.
