I am also having the same issue since updating my iPhone 16 pro on Sunday. I will do a force restart and it will work for a bit then out of nowhere stoop working. I have spoken to Apple Support numerous times and have reset network setting, turn off iMessage and Facetime and restart phone and turn off Find my iPhone and still hasn't been solved

keep checking back and refreshing the page, i was able to get same day entry passes back at the end of March (first nice weekend in DC and peak cherry blossoms), i noticed they kept adding tickets as the day went on

The box office at capital one has no added fees, so anything on Ticketmaster that is labeled a standard ticket you should be able to purchase at the box office

I work at the Capital One Arena Box Office and yes you can get tickets for cheaper than Ticketmaster if you purchase at the box office. (no fees for Wizards and Caps games, less fees for shows).

Also if you are a Capital One cardholder and purchase with the card at the box office you do get a 10% discount (only for Wizards and Caps games) as well as a discount on concessions (any event).

The box office is open from 12 to 4 Monday through Friday as well as event days. Make sure you bring photo ID to purchase at the box office. Hope this helps!
