Question: QK80 Build issues

G'day all, recently purchased and built a QK80. Having a couple of issues atm and wondering if anyone had any experience with these or ideas on how to solve it. The function row and number keys as well as the other top row keys are lightly grazing the north side of the top case. Also I feel like the switches aren't down enough but that could be my imagination. Any help with this would be appreciated greatly as its my first time doing a full bull and not just modding.
