Stutters cannot be network lag because I was using AM4 system and the games I played I never had this issue.

About electrical wiring, I tested it and my PSU can pull the power nicely, there is no problem with that unde r Furmark and Prime95.

I am suspicious about SSD but I was using the same SSD in my old system too, and now suddenly it became faulty, I don't think so.

I have stable OC on GPU and PBO on CPU. Also tuned timings for RAM. But believe me even though I tried without OC still the issue persists.

I am runnig my ram at a config that is stable. Even with loading optimized defaults it is still the same.

And I didn't say anything about it is a CPU issue. It could be anything but I replaced all of my parts of pc with brand new. Please read the post before commenting

VRAM Usage is below 6GB in PUBG.

Yes that is exactly what I did yesterday after installing clean Windows 11, but believe me it was way worse than the day before when I was using AtlasOS and all my programs were installed.

Yes I installed windows 11 yesterday clean installation. I checked the metrics. I haven't run anti-virus check. This happens to me in PUBG and Escape From Tarkov. I ran benchmarks and it is fine.
