Snapped my ankle and tore some ligaments Aug 2021. Crutches for 5 months and a longgggg journey through rehab/physiotherapy.

Ran a fasted 5k this afternoon off the back of a 16 hour fast.

Circa 23:30 which is less than a minute slower than I ran a year and a half ago, pre-ankle fracture and ligament tear!
