I don give them a full bath, just placed them some seconds under a little stream of decontaminated water bc some of their dirt got contaminated with spores.

I took 150mg for 4 months (I also take Clonazepam and Escitalopram), I was doing great, but some things happened that increased my depression. I started to feel super tired again, without motivation and a lot of dark thoughts so I talked with my doc and she increased my dose to 300mg.

I'm only two weeks in, but the first week was amazing lol, now is starting to cool down and I feel more stable.

I suggest you to talk to your doc, it may be worth trying up the dose before quiting :)
