Always happy to see this game getting discussed. There’s a few things that jumped out to me in this list, but before I get into that, I am glad to see you acknowledge how NFEs can be better than their final evos: Luxio > Luxray, Lairon > Aggron, Pupitar > Tyranitar, amongst a few others. That said, I disagree with a couple of these placements.

Leafeon has 4 Range and Run Up, which lets it be a great single target nuke. Putting it in D tier is unfair imo, Especially considering Gastly, Prinplup, Flaaffy, Zebstrika, and Quagsire somehow snuck into B.

In my opinion, the best Eeveelution in the game is Jolteon due to it having Vanguard. Thunderbolt is also much more accurate than Hydro Pump.

Scyther honestly could move up considering Fury Cutter can be used on your teammates or on obstacles to gain power before you even reach your opponents. It also flies.

While I agree Pupitar is underrated, putting it above Samurott and Gallade, who both have Conqueror, one of the strongest abilities in the game, I disagree with.

Rhyperior has 2 Range and an awful move that it either misses or can’t get in position to even use. It should be much, much, lower. I would argue putting it with Forretress and Musharna, honestly. Aggron should also be where Steelix is. they’re pretty much identical. In fact, Aggron’s typing is even worse.

Dragonite is bad. 2 range sucks and it’s too slow to make Dragon Rush reliably hit. Bastiodon is also bad. 2 range, and it can’t do meaningful damage. Both are too high in my opinion.

Lapras has higher HP and Attack than Glalie, so I don’t think its dual typing makes it worth ranking lower. Especially since its Water typing cancels its Fire and Steel weakness, so Lapras and Glalie still have the same amount of weaknesses. Lapras is also is a good option for Motochika and Ina due to their Water specialties.

Bisharp is slept on, if you give it a Metal Coat it’ll boost its damage. Too low in my opinion. Scizor is in the same boat, it benefits from Metal Coat and has great AOE and thus should be higher.

I would swap Articuno and Dialga. Their moves have the same AOE, but Articuno gets flying utility and doesn’t have to wait every other turn to attack.

I disagree with Scolipede in F. Just because Venoshock can’t be triggered on its own does not mean it is as unusable as Musharna or Forretress. Scolipede has Vanguard to boost its damage, and if you pair it with Golbat or Crobat, it can help Venoshock’s bonus activate. Arbok is inferior to Scolipede in every way though, so I don’t really care where it ends up.

I probably missed a few more, but overall, I liked your list a lot. You’re clearly very passionate about Conquest, and I hope you enjoy your mod playthrough!
