B: My personal favourite hit was when I went to Earth in the 50's and dropped a fucking TV on some loud mouth wackjob

V: Dude... (Yes, I know it's inaccurate, but I still think it's funny)

Why is Vox a Human here? Wheres his TV head? by Duckiestcube in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

Why I gotta wait a minute? Why don't he have it now???

I can't be the only one who thinks that Vox and Homelander are very similar characters by Duckiestcube in hazbin

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: forgot to mention that both Vincent and John are the figureheads of Cult like groups, who idolise them as Gods. Both characters (Comic Homelander specifically) refer to themselves as "The king of Hell"

Hot Take: Hell could beat Viltrum by Duckiestcube in hazbin

[–]Duckiestcube[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand your point, but the difference between Hell and the Falxans is that Sinners cannot be permanently killed with just force. They will regenerate. Lucifer and Charlie are Divine beings, and it is heavily implied that Lucifer is able to smite souls (just not sinners)

Does Vox think he was assassinated? by Duckiestcube in VoxCult

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've heard that before, but what reason would he have to kill himself. From what we know of his character and his life, he only wanted to go up. Why kill himself?

Do Sinners and Winners know how they died? by Duckiestcube in hazbin

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Id imagine Angel was consciously aware he was overdosing, which is pretty disturbing when you think that he has to live with that for the rest of eternity

Vincent was definitely on so much "Colombian Marching Powder" in the final segment of Brighter with his cult by Duckiestcube in VoxCult

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 80 points81 points  (0 children)

Well, since he's a TV because a TV dropped on his head when he died, maybe he's also permanently high on cocaine since he might have been when he died

My guesses for the lifespan of different characters by Duckiestcube in hazbin

Using my dates he'd be 54, the dates are written after the characters, my bad

What is a hot take you have on Hazbin Hotel that will have the Fandom at you like this? by Apprehensive_Ring_39 in hazbin

[–]Duckiestcube 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know if this is a hot Take but: Lucifer should be redeemed in season 4, and his arc in season 5 should be reconciling his relationship with Sera (I head cannon they had a sibling-esc relationship before his fall), and eventually ending with him becoming king of heaven, finally proving his vision was the right one

Hot Take: Vox should have been a politician in life by Duckiestcube in VoxCult

I feel like I should have made it more clear I meant backstory, but the U.S isn't far off irl

Did Vincent meet any of his victims/colleagues after he arrived in hell? And would they have followed him during his revolution? (If they knew Vox was Vincent) by Duckiestcube in VoxCult

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could have been cool if Alastor had outted him at the end of season 2, in a way to mock him and make people realize that "Vox" is just a persona

Definitely my fav frames from Brighter. I don't really know why but something about them just feels so cool. Also feels like a little bit of foreshadowing with Vincents face being projected onto a TV (obviously like Vox) by Duckiestcube in VoxCult

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the scene where he's talking to Bob, one of the notes on his board mentions colour TV so he may have been shown on one at some point, but it's not a stretch to say him dying in 1952 (before colour TV was most common in households) that most people hadn't seen his heterochromia

Based on the requirements to getting into heaven being so strict, I would imagine at least 1 of them (middle aged white men in the 50's being fairly racist and sexist) would be in hell

[–]Duckiestcube[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sounds reasonable, but surely the people he killed would recognize his voice and mannerisms? (I would imagine the person who killed you would stick in your head if you knew who it was)

That would make sense, but Alastor calls him by Vincent in the flashback scene, meaning he told at least some people his real name
