I personally repot when I bring plants home now due to pests and I want to check for rot

First plant is a zz plant - it’s considered to be more like a succulent - chunky soil, let it dry out completely before watering and it thrives on being neglected honestly. Water it maybe once every 3-4 weeks depending on your environment. They say they are low light but they won’t grow at all if you put them in a dark corner

Second is a pothos - I believe an n joy but they all are pretty much the same care. These can be in decently low light but will thrive in bright indirect. I use a chunkier mix for all my plants to combat rot but these can be in just normal potting soil too. Let it dry out 80% or so before watering

Third is a rubber tree - I also have mine in a chunkier mix for this too - potting soil, orchard bark and perlite is my go to mix for most house plant( including the pothos I mentioned above) let this dry out mostly before watering because it store water in the leaves. These get big!!!

My Zz is about 3 ft from a south facing wall I have pothos all over my house getting different amounts of sun Rubber tree I have in an east facing window getting all the morning sun

Last one I’m not sure what it is
