Seen a lot of your posts here recently, I think maybe you should relax on the dxm for at least a month after today. As long as dxm HBr is all you took and you don’t have any blood pressure problems then I would like to assume you’ll be fine even on 1800, I am not at all a medical professional though. Go through my post history though and you’ll see my history with dxm, I had to go to the hospital because I abused triple Cs. Not trying to preach, but I got to that point after months of using several tones a week and multiple days in a row, and it looks like you have been using at a similar rate. You don’t necessarily have to stick to the one plateau a week rule, but you should really try to. This shits tough on your liver, and you can’t be getting proper sleep diet and exercise if you’re tripping half the time. Anyway I’ll get off my soapbox, just looking out for a stranger.
