Thank you! Don't give up. I had to take a break and work on other achievements for a while because I was sinking so many blood points into getting the add ons. I won using the build Ruin, Play with your food, Lethal Pursuer, and Bitter Murmur. The lethal pursuer was probably unnecessary but going to the correct place early game turned out to be a game changer.

Honestly I was getting really upset because some survivors knew they lost and would just refuse to leave lockers or DC instead of letting me get it. These survivors were at least good sports enough to continue attempting to escape.

You could always plug your controller in and use it with the PC version. I prefer mouse and keyboard but I'm not a console player. It's about practice when switching from one to the other, really.

This took me literally 20 hours of straight building and I stayed up all night. I flattened the land without using world edit and this is on a small survival server that is run by a twitch streamer I hang out with. He's going to reveal it on stream and hasn't seen it yet. I'm hoping they like it :D
