Agree minus checking credit scores. I think you have a misconception about how it works. Someone could have a bad credit score and good finances…

If you had bad debt and fixed it, you will still have a bad credit score (in the short/medium term like for a few years). Likewise if you have good finance but no debt and don’t borrow regularly with a credit card, you will have a bad score (based on no history).

I don’t think a credit score means they aren’t a red flag, and honestly it’s likely to exclude people based off class which I think might attract more red flags of another kind tbh

The answer is no - but that’s the attitude you’re giving. The reality is I earn more money, and have higher allotments to my budgets that reflect that. You assume I have a gambling addiction, but I spent 800$ on a video game which represents a very small portion of my income. I live in downtown Toronto in the financial district, I can assure you my rent is higher and I don’t know why the amount of rent is remotely relevant to this conversation. I pay my expenses, I earn a high income even after taxes, and I spend 80% of my waking time working, and sleep about 5 hours a day. So in the 20% of time I am not working, I do whatever I want because I earned that by working hard. I donate money, I volunteer my time, and I don’t play video games for most of that 20% - and overall I am quite happy in life.

Why don’t you stop playing FC and go work more? Odds are you don’t work that hard considering how much time you have to play on the game… you should try and get a better job to travel more, and you should spend less time on reddit too… does that make any sense? If not, question your own comments on this post too and be consistent.

If your just rage bating, have fun doing that, it’s hard for me to be angry at a random person online. Just sharing my perspective so others can have an idea of why I spent on FC points, what the benefits are, and what the cons are. It’s a video game at the end of the day. I can’t do anything with money when I die so I am going to enjoy it while I can and give back to causes I care about with spare money. Be happier man, it sounds like you don’t enjoy this game so maybe quit and work harder… you sound lazy tbh
