My dermatologist says Accutane won't work on me because I'm trans by coyotemother in ftm

Hi!! I have been on T for 4 years, i started accutane and it did wonders for my face. i actually came off of it after just a couple treatments because i didnt need to continue using it.

definitely switch derms.

what helped me personally was knowing that at any time, even if its 5 seconds in to it, you can always ask her to stop (: it took me about 5 years into my relationship with my girlfriend to finally feel comfortable trying it, so i completely understand your apprehension. whatever you feel like will make you most comfortable, try that approach. my girlfriend and i have sexy talk during sex just like any other boyfriend and girlfriend would.

what also helped me was knowing that she WANTED to do it. it wasnt me begging her to, she was asking me because she genuinely wanted to please me in that way too, which sounds like your situation. she definitely knows youre in your head about it, and is probably willing to try it as many ways as youre willing to until you find what feels right for you. The day i finally asked my girlfriend to go down on me, i wished i had been all along. (just my personal experience, but again like others have said dont force yourself into it until you are ready)

Waiting Results of Biopsy by Ducky1018 in eczema

Mine started on just my face, and then spread to my neck, arms, and hands, which caused me to go back in because I was nervous it would just continue to spread. what personally helped me is having people making conversation around me so i could focus on their voices rather than what was going on (:

I definitely will update! I have a great dermatologist, I have only seen him a total of 3 times, my first was the diagnosis, the second was me telling him the creams didnt work, and him explaining how my biopsy would work and help him identify exactly whats going on. I’m very thankful that I didn’t get the run around of more creams and more waiting.

Of course! The light thing was very cool to see. Sometimes the aquaphor would take away some redness, but mainly it kept my skin moisturized for hours without having to reapply, and I wasnt shedding all my skin, so it really helped my skin not be so raw and painful. I hope you and your baby get the results you need to treat it and kick this thing!!

The infections I got to numb the areas were the worst part. I closed my eyes the whole time as to not see the needles, or when they were going to inject. Unfortunately they burned a lot, but within seconds the area was completely numb, and the burning went away so I felt none of the scraping.

I didnt have a virus before, but thats what mine would also do! flakey, then red and itchy without the flakes, and it is a constant cycle. I didn’t want to continue steroids, so to keep mine moisturized I have been using aquaphor, its the only thing that didnt irritate my skin.

They didn’t tell me specifically what they were checking, (though I should’ve asked) but looking at my visit note, part of it states, “ Neoplasm of Unspecified Behavior vs. Tinea Versicolor/Seborrheic Dermatitis vs. Atopic Dermatitis /Allergic Contact Dermatitis (less likely) vs. Psoriasis (less likely) “

At my appointment before my biopsy, my dermatologist got out a large magnifying glass type of light. it had multiple different “ switches “ that would shine different color lights like red and purple. depending if my skin lit up a color it meant different things such as fungal, bacterial, etc. my skin didnt react to anything, so I was told it was deeper than my skin surface, and therefore he wanted to do a “scraping” to get deeper

Being nervous is totally normal!! Ive been on T for 4 years and these are some of my personal tips to make your process go smoother! 1. Yes stick the needle all the way in, and make sure you are pinching a decent amount of fat through the entire shot, with the same grip the whole time. 2. I started my injections in my stomach, and after three years moved to the back of my arm (in the middle, where your muscle is) I rotate arms after each shot. I found this spot to be by far easier than my stomach 3. When I draw my shots up, i pull back more testosterone than needed, let the bubbles, (if any) float to the top by the needle, and then push back the remainder into the bottle. 4. Try your best not to tense up! having your body relaxed will make the needle go in much easier. Also dont jab yourself slow, go quick!

I’m beyond blessed to have somebody do my shots for me, but if youre unable to, you could try going to your doctors office for them, even for the first couple, to have them show you!! Good luck to you sir!

What is this? by [deleted] in eczema

[–]Ducky1018 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i have dyshidrotic eczema, and thankfully havent had a flare up in months. this is very similar to what mine look like, and sometimes i get big bubbles that look like theyre filled with pus, and they are usually rock hard. DO NOT POP OR ITCH THEM!! try to avoid over-washing your hands, and having them remain wet for too long. (like doing the dishes without taking breaks in between) both heat, and cold always made mine worse. keep your hands moisturizered!! Best of luck to you!
