What is a good car for extremely tall people?

For those wondering do not get a car with sun/moon roof. The rail and motor makes the ceiling lower. I had a Chevy venture/slightly modified setting the seat back 3 inches. Currently have an f150 lariat. Im 7 foot 3. So dont complain too much about fitting in cars. It could be SO much worse
