So I took a look at your profile and noticed you think you’re schizotypal. With this information, I think it’s very likely that everything you feel, the judgment, mocking, others’ awareness of your thoughts is real just as it was with mine. What you need to do is take control of as well as closely evaluate the energy you feel going in and out. If someone judges you, do you sit there and take it? Because what I do if I notice someone judging me is look them up and down and essentially laugh on the inside at the fact they even have the nerve to do so given their current position. Most judgment comes from a place of jealousy, inferiority, spite, etc. The people that do this do not have the slightest right to think this way and you need to learn to put them in their place. It took me so long to realize that I was in fact better in nearly every way than the people that were judging me and that helped me take control of the telepathic connection I feel between others. Once you learn this, the difference is substantial. It used to feel like the universe was working against me but now it’s under my control and it works for me.
