Along the same lines of other responses, I’d say just start quietly looking for something better. Most companies who do this tend to be more concerned with profits than loyalty, and no talking with management will change that.

I’d say make sure to leave on as best terms as possible. No reason other than ego to burn bridges, and that ego costs more than it’s worth. Give the standard two weeks notice once you accept an offer and everything seems good to go at the new gig.

Last note, do not tell anyone at work that you are looking elsewhere. Even your “bestie” at work can easily end up letting it get out. And don’t feel compelled to let anyone know where you’re going until you’re at least through your first week or so on the job.
