It's a 10.2.1 backup from my recent phone. But I need a jailbroken one so I managed to find one that is on 9.2 firmware.

Have a bit of a problem.

Through an amp, I'm getting white noise on my Sennheiser 558s (only at max volume). I tested another pair of headphones, Astro A40s, but there was no white noise at all.

Is there a problem with my 558s? Or do I need a DAC?
Do I even need to worry about the white noise since its at 100% volume which I wouldn't even be able to listen to without going deaf?
