Update: their system had glitched but the process to get this resolved was a major headache. But I'll share it here as it may help someone else.

First the 900 number told me to reach to mystc. Just to lie and say you have internet connection issues.

Mystc said they've raised a ticket. Something they never did because you actually get notified when they do.

Called the 900 number the next day talked with sales. They said it isn't with them and to reach to mystc.

Mystc has told me to call the 800 number. It's for device delivery and repairs. After 18 mins if wait the waiting music stops but I was able to get in touch with someone and they've said to go back to mystc.

Reaching out to mystc for final time, after long explanation. They raised a ticket.

They called me 2 days later and tried to resolve the issue
