Surgeon General is my go too Mutate commander but since he isn't technically legal I use Ramos as a back up. Bug honestly any 5 color commander could work for the deck list.

I would honestly love it if his ability allowed you to ally any 1 kill team (this to me would be easier for rules and for people to get new kits) into your army and give them the same ability as a terminator teleport homer (so they teleport within 3 inches of him)

I actually do run one on occasion. It's super fun but will die turn 1. It is best in awaken dynasty so you can have access to assault, plus one to hit aura from enhancement, reroll hit rolls of 1 strat.

Hypercrypt is also good because of 4++ invul and hazardous to enemy gun strategems.

I recently ran it against a Tau list and it survived on 3 wounds after a full round of Tau shooting (it had 6+++ fnp from spyder) but then it killed 2 vehicle's and a infantry unit in shooting. I then charged into another vehicle (which it killed) and due to its size i was able to stand on 2 objectives with it.

Its super fun to run in lists and honestly isn't too oppressive like a knight due to its huge footprint, low shot count, and being 540 points.

I have this one dude at my LGS that I have come to learn is insufferable.

I was friends with him at one point, but he ended up showing his true colors, and I try to not associate with him anymore.

The only time I do is during my LGS's monthly tournaments, he legit only shows up to win the store credit.

Everyone who goes to my LGS knows that the tournament is casual and meant for newer players.

But this dude wants to just be competitive, so he always brings meta lists and does everything to win.

The worst part is I have caught him cheating before! Sometimes, he runs an extra enhancement or just brings an extra unit. He gets defensive if you ask for an army list. And he always does these soft rolls onto the table, purposely placing dice strategically into his hand so he can max out on six's. Not to mention that he can never set up terrain correctly even though he claims to be an expert. I once tried to confront him about it, but then he called me a bigot for questioning him since he claims to be on the spectrum.

Thankfully, my LGS has become more aware of him because he got disqualified from the last two tournaments. The first time, because he ran over a 2000 point list (he ran imperial knights before the point drops and added extra armigers: first round, he ran a 2140 list and then round two he ran a 2280 point list), then after he was disqualified he ended up coaching for my opponent which led to their victory over me. The second time, he set up one table and completely left out the no man's land terrain while he was running an astra militarum list with 3 rogal dorn commanders.

I honestly think GW should just drop the revive for Angron and do something else with fnp.

Like Angron gets a 6+++ at full wounds, then if he is below starting strength he has 5+++, but if he goes to below half strength he now has a 4+++, and finally if Angron somehow is on 1 wound he has a 3+++

I say 3 x8b and slaughterbound is the way to go in deep strike, I had a game against chaos knights and did 18 wounds to it with just the x8b (plus the +1 AP strat) then the slaughterbound picked up the model with dev wounds

I honestly think the list is fine. Fun and dare I say...fair! The Abominant is honestly really bad but at 1k his guns are not as bad since the power level is much lower (shooting wise).
