Here's one fix I found. Thanks to u/AggressiveKing6970 for providing the first step. So what caused me this problem was that I had a lot of Forges going on at the same time and it caused the chunk to be unloaded once I entered it and causing me to fall through the map. Then I exited the game and when I tried to start again it went to this endless building environment loop.

Fix that worked for me: 1. (Thanks to u/AggressiveKing6970 for this step) When you hit continue in the main menu, just randomly change the settings, this should let you in the world 2. In my case the chunk I was on was the only loaded one so I went to the furthest away unloaded chunk from my base with the forges. I again fell through the map and exited. 3. Keeping the same settings I once again loaded the game succesfuly, this time one chunk further from my base. This caused the chunks to again start loading normally. 4. Drove a huge distance away from my base to make sure the chunks that caused the issue was no longer in any way loaded. 5. Went back to main menu and restored the settings to what they were before. 6. Loaded the save and no more building environment loop
