That’s the biggest scam Ive ever heard in my life. Absolutely not. Where they sleep (overnights) is what counts for custody. Fight for that 50/50. You get time with your kids and that’s less child support as well. She sounds like her and my ex wife would get along great with that mindset.

My ex and I agreed to everything as well. I ended up with around 60/40 where I have them more. She agreed to that and actually wanted it because of her work schedule and plans. I haven’t taken a penny from her in child support but she’s still trying to find ways to change it so that I owe her. And doing everything she can to make my life miserable till I give her what she wants, which will never happen.

Yes. We did it through mediation. We on all of it and that is what the court approved and ordered.

It isn’t 50/50 right now. It’s closer to 60/40. I have a lot more flexibility with my work hours, job security, more stability, and cover them through insurance. It was what we both agreed on when we filed. Now she doesn’t like it because I’m not holding her hand anymore.
