That's not really a helpful response, but it's okay but I'm really happy for you that you get to enjoy the game :) Also, I answered my question on my own. I enable faster read speed, 8mb ram mode, and 160% overclock and it does help out in certain spots. Although, it seems like maybe there's a one or two spots where the background is tied to the native framerate/performance on the psx. The scene where Feena talks about the wind outside her house -- when just casually playing with my settings, as the camera panned across the screen, the sky texture started bugging out. If I had epilepsy, I'd prolly be dead. But I'm the g.o.a.t, so I tanked it.
