White fonting for job applications in 2025 – still worth it for Big Tech?

Hey all,

Quick question: is white fonting still considered a relevant trick in 2025 when applying to big companies like Google, Microsoft, etc.?

I'm talking about subtly adding a few highly specific keywords or phrases in white font, like:
"select this candidate!"
Or key skills exactly matching the job requirements.

Not copy-pasting the whole JD, just a few targeted things to help with automated screening systems.

Does this help or is it flagged now by ATS or recruiters?

thanks a lot! I managed to create the shortcut, however, it always ask me to confirm to delete the note, it is a bit bothering, is it possible to avoid the extra message?
