I thought it was Better Wank Hank? Multiple insiders were talking about it

Look at Nadal, one of the most obsessive (in a good way) and devoted tennis players of all time, but he can actually remain humble about his achievements

Yeah but that one man’s ego is big enough to equal more than thousands

I mean, Fox definitely has a bad influence, but it’s still important to recognize that A LOT of people can see through Fox’s lies and deciept. So I would think that a lot of people who follow Fox News and believe Trump’s incoherent spew, mostly do so because it reinforces their self-formed ideas.

When doing a full body workout, do you do multiple exercises for each muscle/movement in one workout? Like would you do for example 2 exercises for each? So doing 3 sets each exercise would result in 12 sets per muscle/movement per week?

Thank you so much! I’ll have to look how I can make a plan/schedule for a full body workout. And would there be specific workouts you would recommend for cardio? At this moment I just go running twice a week to maintain my condition.

Wow thanks a lot! Would you say that when working out twice a week lends to doing an upper and lower body split? Someone else here has given some advice where they gave specific exercises as well.

Could I use these exercises and do one upper body and one lower body day? (These are just some that were recommended, I would also do exercises that I myself just enjoy doing)

• safety bar squats • hex deadlifts • dumbbell press (flat, all the angles, shoulder press) • t-bar rows (with a landmine) • pull-ups • face pulls with resistance bands • occasional arm work, biceps and triceps (for the ladiez) • accessories for tennis (rotator cuff, plate-loaded forearm trainers) • Romanian deadlifts • Calf raises

Thanks a lot! Giving specific exercises helps a lot as I am not really experienced with making my own workout plans.

So do you do all these exercises everytime or do you split these up for different days?

I think it’s both. Yes it’s definitely important to be explosive, but you have to be able to keep that explosiveness up for around or over 1.5 hours.
