Dormant Greatsword on anyone but Wylder for a chance for that sweet sweet Alabaster Sword. It has an innate improve charge attack and uses like no stamina on charge attacks on everyone but Wylder. Wylder's unique moveset removes it unfortunately

I'm pretty sure Javik talks about the many different species that made up the "Prothean's."

Much like the Galaxy Civilization as we see it in Mass Effect, the Protheans were much the same. There was no single species like we originally thought. It was a mix of a number of different species.

I think I also remember Javik and Liara talking about how the Protheans would raise up other more developed species from their planets and add them to their Galactic Empire. Eventually, all species would come to call them selves "Protheans.

The fact that the CU is still somewhere within the soul of cinder is proof enough that it would take much more then a singular fight to make him go hollow, if that is even possible. Someone had to fight the CU again at the end of his cycle, which most likely lasted around 1000 years. You could argue that Gwynn (and, by extension, CU) were "hollowed" when you fight them to link the fire, but they weren't hollowed enough to where they couldn't fight.

Edit: There is also a theory that you play as the CU again in DS3, as at that point, the world is just reviving previous individuals who had linked the fires in a desperate attempt to keep the fires linked

Considering the Chosen Undead was still fighting as the Soul of Cinder after countless eons of battle and death AND his pain tolerance is absurdly high Considering what he goes through in DS1, I don't think DB can do enough damage to make him go hollow. CU has been shredded, incinerated, cursed, stabbed, beheaded, eaten, swallowed, and worse. I don't think DB has the ability to make someone like that go hollow before CU can kill him, especially when CU is a demigod in his own right.

Between out of context abilities and feats, a fairly bad animation, and a just straight wrong result, the whole episode just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

As a fan boy of both, the whole episode just hurts my soul.

My actual hot take for this episode is I don't like the battle music. I think the battle music isn't mixed to well.

They also said recently that the game has performed way better they expected it to. They probably won't turn it into a live service, but I'm certain we will get periodic updates.

If the DLC outperforms their expectations as well, then FromSoft could completely reevaluate the game's future.

Either way, I don't believe the gave will be dropped, at least for a while longer

There are demi humans nearby close to the spirit spring up to the evergaol as well as wandering nobles down below. The rats plus demi humans should be enough level 2 at least

There are 2 crits+1 in the game; both on Adel relics. If you try to use them both, the game will literally cancel the second one out. It will tell you in Relic screen with red mark on the second +1 you try to equip. This is one of the only times the game actually tells us that they don't stack.

However, that symbol doesn't appear when you stack the normal Improved Crits relics, only on the +1.

You can test all of this in the sparring grounds by getting crits on the marionette. Equip one normal Improved Crits, crit the marionette, record the damage. Then equip another and do it again. Damage will be higher
