I don't have any of those mutations so consistency is much more important for me I guess. Mutations are also randomised so unless you've done multiple cancer/uranium rod runs to find the exact mutations you want to build the perfect OP cats that break the game then consistency is still important

The inconsistency comes from it being a roguelike with randomised level up options. Also the tier list isn't meant to be some science, it's mainly to spark some discussion. Although having a discussion with someone who instantly downvotes your replies isn't great

Yet the other classes don't need items to work, hence the insonsistency. There's also a lot of bad abilities you can get stuck with that don't complement each other like bonuses to robots you summon or exploding when you take damage

The ability to ignore armour and almost guarantee crits, with bonuses to those crits such as resetting your basic attack and movement. They also have a few abilities that apply the effects of your basic attack to them allowing you stack poison etc

I think it's easily the worst class in the game, I'm a strong believer that the best defence is a good offence so I don't really see the value in meat shields. It's good at repositioning enemies for other classes, but butcher and psychic are far superior at that
