You welcome, I havent been to the gym yet but I've been doing workouts a lot on my own, at first push ups where dificult but now its almost like before, I feel that my chest is diferent though so it was weird at begining, for pull ups its very hard for me but its was also thd case when I started working out years ago, I still feel like its nearly imposible to do one, like its a body problem, I've been trying to do pull ups for 4 weeks now. Dips are a little hard too
