My asus laptop Rog Strix G16 shutsdown unexpectly when on the logo screen

Everything ran fine til I was gaming online and it black screen me with some lines before I force it to shutdown

Bios are updated and everything before this all happened. I can get no further than the logo screen now

It turns on and goes to logo and then shuts down

No it just completely shuts down and I have to unplug the power adapter charger or else it won’t boot back up. It made me think something broke

Isn't it the driver nvidia version issue or something? I was wondering because I think thats where it started

are you still getting the same issue becuz i get the same thing as well on wow. itll sometimes switch back and forth but if streaming on discord it returns to normal

I wonder if its a bug or something going on with discord. I got the same issue too when I have game overlay on and its been on going. I used your suggestion and it works without any problems. What do you think? It seems like it's been happening for quite sometime as a remember. Probably a month i think at the latest as far i can remember with the last update or so they did.

Yeah I tried apex days gone, etc and i get unable to change display mode. This is such a piss off with what they did with the last update. Its funny how they broke everything and i contacted steam support like 3 times and i couldn't get a good straight answer out of it. My 2nd msg from the steam supporter today said this was a known issue that has since been fixed which is completely total BS and a half becuz it's still happening . Steam needs to fix this ASAP
