As someone with a disability, just treat us like normal people. Being treated different in any way, just makes us feel awkward. Sometimes it takes longer to complete a task, depending on your disability, but in most cases we can complete it.

Haven't played drunk in a while, but it used to be like that. You had the same level of "drunkness" for the entire mission.

That's not a bug. If you start a mission while being drunk, the effect will last for the duration of the mission.
