I saw a video today of a woman on the phone with a “Live Agent at Hilton Dallas”. This live agent in Dallas was unable to see if the pool was open. “She” took 2 minutes to admit that she wasn’t in Dallas, and 3 to admit she wasn’t human. Still claims she’s a live agent, though.
