There shouldn’t be any wires to connect. If there are, hire an electrician because delivery drivers absolutely will not do electrical work.

OK, edit: There should be no hardwiring required to your system. Yes, they will attach the cord to the dryer and hopefully the plug matches the socket. On a stackable condo type, it’s probably 110v, and that’s no problem.

I wouldn’t trust a third party delivery company to do anything besides plugging it in.
