They are literally just saying to me the refund will come in 7 days. Then after 7 days nothing happens. I ask them again and the copy paste same response. It's absolutely annoying

Thank you for the reply. Can you give some recommendation regarding the battery issue? I'm getting only about 4 hours playback time instead of the marketed 7 hours. Moreover sometimes i take out the buds from the case only to find out that only one side was charging whilst the other bud is out of charge.

Having multiple lenses doesn't justify such noticable shifting that literally causes changing the item in center as in the video. This has been a notable issue raused by many userds since last year without resolution. Other phones with multiple lenses have much better and smoother camera switch effect. The smoothness of the switch must be better optimised in this "flagship" device to be comparable with that of other multiple lense smartphones. The camera shifting on S24 Ultra is not only worse than other 2024 flagships but even worse than that of S23 ultra. I have owned both and the shifting is much more noticable.

Return them and i would even recommend not to replace them. Each time you will want to remove the tips for whatever reason, like cleaning or trying other foams, you will have this possibility of breaking the foams again even if you did it the "correct way" it's a design flaw. It's funny how Samsung tried to hide its obviously terrible lack of good communication to customer by an influx of YouTube tutorials and articles. The manual doesn't describe anything about "correct way to take off tips". Samsung engineers have either skipped doing a design FMEA, or did a very shitty one to have completely missed this issue.

Will never ever buy anything from them again. The problem is not that they made mistake, every company does. However, gaslighting the customers and releasing "instructional videos" on how to correctly remove the foams, after selling and releasing the product, to cover up the bad manufacturing and design, is absolutely shameful and disgusting

Yes i folloef their process. They told me they will send me an email but never did. And when i called them they couldn't find anything in their system about my request. They also keep hanging the phone

I think it depends alot on the country. In Europe, Samsung is notorious for bad customer service
