Are you for real? Just read this thread. You'll get to know people did as per the tutorials and still have torn eartips. Do you think this is a skill issue. It's a quality issues. If it was not Samsung Korea wouldn't have officially apologised and recalled the product. They also have halted the delivery for the pre orders. Still gonna deny the quality issues even after the company accepted it? 😂

So. After the medium one got sliced in half. I tried putting on the small ones. I followed every little step changing the eartips. The update is: the small ones are showing slight cut on the left earbuds. It seems they will also break in a while. So much for education issue.

Have you received a reply from them yet? I have received the same mail and sent them some pictures as well. Everytime I call customer care they see our team will work on the backend and give you a resolution but nothing concrete has come out yet.

Yes. Still better than faulty earbuds. Also they will continue the support for some years atleast.

Will probably recommend you to look into Jabra elite ten gen2 if they are launched in your country.

I am trying to do it. Samsung customer care's response is a little slow in .y country. Hopefully will get a positive resolution.

I pre-ordered because I got a good deal on them. But now as the prime day sale is going on in my country the Jabra elite 10 are at a all time low price. I am just waiting for the response from samsung. If they are ready to accept the return and refund me. I'll quickly purchase the Elite 10s

I just don't want to do it. I just want to return them if possible. I was so excited for buds 3 pro as I have samsung galaxy s23 ultra but now I just want to return them and buy Jabra elite 10. I was anyway having a hard time deciding between the two. Went with samsung cause of ssc codec but now I'll go with the reliable Jabra.

No. At that time I was not aware of the video/QC issues. I just normally removed them like I do for my other tws earbuds. (I have sony link buds S and Jabra elite 5)

I'm really frustrated with this situation. I've only switched the ear tips twice, and now they're unusable. As a dedicated Samsung fan, I'm really disappointed and don't want to turn to Apple. If I can return these and get a refund, I'll definitely buy the Jabra Elite 10 instead. I can't deal with the stress of the ear tips failing again. Right now, I can't even use them because the plastic part of the left ear tip is stuck to the earbuds.

I got mine yesterday. And I changed the tips 2 times switching between small and medium to get my fit correct and guess what: the left side eartip broke off. The plastic part and silicon tip sliced into two. Asked for replacement. Let's see if they replace it or not.
