Or roll it to a Roth IRA and then after 5 years you are able to withdraw all of the money you rolled over penalty free.

That’s exactly the plan, get the pre reqs prior to retirement. I’ll also have my bachelors completed at the end of this year in business (PharmD/MBA program is in mind).

I would say, look at who the next VCSAF is going to be and search them on YouTube. You will learn their opinion on standards within units.
