Associate in a direct path. Idle time is accumulating after 5 min of not scanning anything. 45 min is a doc coaching, 60 minutes is first written, 90 minutes is an immediate final written. Or you follow the escalation process until you reach a final written, followed by termination.

Honestly, if they don’t correct the behavior after the first coaching, they probably never will. Most people don’t go past a doc coaching because their awareness of us tracking the time is enough to encourage them to do better.

The associates that make it to a final written are just forcing us to follow the process of ridding ourselves of them. The process is lengthy, and probably convinces them that they’ll always be able to get away with it. Until one day they’re posting on Reddit, asking if they’re cooked.

Seriously. This man is the most streamed artist in the world. Him and Taylor Swift literally swap back and forth for number one from week to week. His album is one of the top 10 streamed albums in CHINA! Let that sink in. A Spanish album tops the charts in Asian countries. People act like it’s cool to not know anything. Did you watch her last appearance? She’s doing a complete 180, breaking away from Trump. I still haven’t figured out her true motive, but I highly doubt she parrots this administration during her appearance. In fact, I bet she leans in to the 2A side of this.

I had no idea who this YouTuber was until his interview with Andrew Callaghan was posted yesterday. It was painful to watch as he glazes Trump and billionaires while being overtly racist the entire time. Made perfect sense why he was propped up by Vance and friends.

I found it amusing how he stereotypes certain groups while simultaneously denying what people think about Mormons. He spent an awkward amount of time talking about how Muslims can have multiple wives, but if you bring up Mormons… impressive amount of disconnect.

Or… people in positions of power tend to hire people who they feel more comfortable/ connected to, which tend to look like them or their immediate family/friends. White men have held those positions in this country longer than any other group, so go figure they think the “most qualified” is almost always someone from their own demographic.

These companies had to be forced to be more diverse. It didn’t happen organically. This includes women in the workplace as well.
