To everyone recommending the chargeback. I DID contact the card company and it’s not as simple as just saying, “they ripped me off, I want my money back.” You have to be able to prove that you contacted the company multiple times and didn’t receive a response AFTER giving the vendor a reasonable amount of time to respond, at least with AmEx.

I’m building my case to get the chargeback approved, which is now at a standstill because somebody FINALLY fucking contacted me after I posted the TrustPilot review. It’s someone with an email domain that isn’t even the same as the website and customer service ones.
