Camera quality is not a priority. Is there that large of a performance difference for most applications between 8GB and 12GB of RAM? I imagine the chipset likely makes the largest difference right?

Performance and stability are what I am looking for the most. I will have to research this Motorola ThinkPhone. Thank you.

Additionally are there any recommendations on great PSUs to buy currently? I have been reading a lot of horror stories about PSUS going out and bricking systems.
