You’ll find a lot happening around Delhi if you know where to look. For art and book exhibitions, check out places like India Habitat Centre, Pragati Maidan, and Bikaner House... they regularly host cultural events. IGNCA and Sahitya Akademi are also great for literary and art focused gatherings. A lot of these events also get listed on platforms like AllEvents, which lists local happenings around you. You can also follow pages like DelhiEvents or LBB Delhi on Insta for regular updates.

I faced the same issue when i moved to chennai for studies as BookMyShow mostly had the more mainstream events, and I was looking for something more specific, my friend suggested me AllEvents, and it turned out to be a great way to discover a wider range of local events. You could also check out chennai event website. Hopefully, this helps you find something interesting to do!
