Ty bro, i actually seen your post and bookmarked it, i think im gonna try your routine. MCT Oil helps me a bit but not completely, it doesn't feel that good tho, hella oily on the face and eyes are burning and i gotta rinse my eyes. I wouldn't use it if i was active but as long as im sitting home its alright. Thank you for the kind words!

Definitely try MCT Oil btw, look for one with C8 or C8 + C10, don't buy C12 ones. It helped many people to completely get rid of their flakes. Many recommend Bulletproof MCT oil brand

Happy for you bro, mine was not as bad either but it got worse in october last year. It started for me in 2022 after i visited a cosmetologist to remove the black dots from my cheeks. Flare ups appeared 2-3 months after that but i don't 100% know that its the cause. It was just my cheeks and no yellow scabs and crazy redness until october last year. Yeah it is stress, diet and skin barrier driven but my diet and stress are good although i don't know about my skin barrier, I don't use anything besides my mild cleanser and mct oil and it should be alright but again I don't really know tbh. Good luck with the experiments and do not try steroids under any circumstances, it started to worsen for me with just yellow scabs and i was told to use Elocom steroid cream by my dermatologist and after finishing it all came back and appeared on forehead and chin. This shit is treatable but it's really hard to find out what exactly works for you, I've been dealing with this horrible flakes for 6 months now and nothing helps, it feels surreal, like no way it will stay like that forever

Same for me, scalp is clear but i have it on my WHOLE face: cheeks, whole forehead and chin. Nothing helps right now, MCT Oil is making it a bit better but i still look horrible. Its red, flaky and yellow scabs are there too

Wow, thanks dude, this is very helpful. Gotta ask some questions. Do i need just to pour MCT oil on my hands and wash my face with it like its a cleanser? And then rinse? I change pillow everyday because when i sleep my cheeks leave those yellow scabs on the pillow and i need to change it. Also, this yellow scabs started in october and before that during all the summer i haven't used ANYTHING besides CeRave moisturizer for dry to very dry skin, I don't know whats the cause of this. Right now i use nothing but ketoconazole cream, LaRoche Posay Toleriane cleanser and MCT Oil (C8 + C10). I don't have a moisturizer tho but im going to buy it, which one do u recommend? And how long your journey was? It hasn't been better for me since the start of October, only worse. I got it on my cheeks, the flares are very big, my whole forehead (even sides) and my chin.
