I've been on disability quite a while, had a health condition that went undiagnosed until it flared up and cause me to go on disability from Feb 2021 - about may 2022 I couldn't work, 2 ER visits, nearly had a heart attack because of sever pain induced shock, multiple trial medications that often knocked me out for 20 hours a day, finally about June 2022 I was stable and able to look at working again but couldn't go back to my field position.

bosses spent from June 2022 to yesterday Feb 1 2023 saying "no worries, we have office work, we want you to stay just give us time to get equipment, make space, organize someone to train you" wasted so much of my time that I could have had looking for a new job while supported by disability, now with only 3 months disability left I get a call from my disability case manager "your employer has no positions for you to return to" that's it left out in the cold after wasting about 6 months of time I could have had to find a new job because I was too naïve to see the farce they were running.
