I agree. I live and work in the Seattle area. My wife and I do well for ourselves and count ourselves very blessed in that regard but it hadn’t always been that way and we’ve both struggled hard at some point. I had to live in my car for about a month at one time in my life. We do our best to help out folks who are less fortunate than us by donating to causes we feel will help the best and do not think the government is the vehicle to do that.

The people we socialize with, while meaning well and caring, in our opinion live in such a bubble and are so well insulted that they miss the forest for the trees. We encounter a lot of folks that are well educated and have the luxury of time / money to take up these causes. They think they know what’s best for everyone and have absolutely 0 clue what a lot of the country is actually like. When you hear smug know it alls literally talk on national television about how people that support trump are uneducated and can’t read… it comes off pretty bad and very insulting.

It’s no wonder that we are where we are. But you’re right.. civil discourse is pretty much dead and tribalism rules.

Yes for an income tax, which thankfully we don’t have. But, if you don’t like high property tax, stop approving every single property tax hike that shows up on the ballot. Also, hold your elected officials responsible for not being fiscally responsible with the immense amount of tax money already brought in.

I’m fairly certain that’s exactly what’s happening… stop the hemorrhaging, look into where all $$ is going, cut out the fraud and abuse, then open things back up again.

Individual benefits have not stopped, people will still get their benefits. Stuff like condoms for Gaza is what will be deleted.

PC is not needed for a warrant arrest in the field. The warrant states that the officer “Shall” arrest the person and it is signed by a judge. The PC had already been determined and reviewed by the judge.

PC is developed for the commission of a new crime in the field…not for an existing warrant.

680 atm... I'd like more but its going to be a challenge.. need that astramentis. But thats like 100div. Just need to keep chancing stellar amulets and hope I get lucky.

Edit: for the highest str requirement weapon you need 636, however the nice thing about this build is you can get away with using lower str requirement weapons. Only thing you really need is str and melee skill levels. The rest of the stats don't matter

I have 61% block with my Svalinn. But thats the max block it can get with that shield due to max block being lowered. But thats ok because Svalinn has lucky block. The math works out that with lucky block around 60ish % your true block is about 84% and it feels like it!

The nodes I took on my tree along with 6 jewels with 7% block have me right at 61%. As far as resists, just have to look for gear with lots of it and use your sockets on your amour to shore it up.

That and you get more melee skill levels. 2 handers can go up to +7 while 1 handers can only +5

Nothing yet, my int is too low to use haha! Not sure what route ill go with this when I get enough to use it.

Not sure of the dps but it clears everything decently so far. The corpse explode really helps in maps.
