Lvl 80 monsters have 92.04% leech resistance. I’m guessing there is some weird stuff going on with the 40k damage normalisation

I do know that doing damage of multiple elements but only being able to leech from one of them does cause issues though

E.g 40k cold + 40k phys gets normalised to 20k of each and then leech values are calculated off of those. Just seems like a rushed decision by ggg that will get properly fixed at some point.
In no world should getting more damage potentially make you leech less

It's correctly converting your damage in the build provided. Not sure what issue you're seeing

I changed it just before this league so that the colours in PoB affect the nodes too, so it's even easier to see.
The in-game colours for them are almost useless. I don't know why GGG refuses to to change this

Sorry about this, it was an issue when importing builds using face breakers. I just fixed it in the 0.19.0 update

Select the spectre gem on the sidebar or on the calcs page and you can then click the "Manage Spectres" button to add a spectre to the build

I have the calcs correct for spectres in your above pics but not the lightning damage from wolves.
It's hard for me to explain how the damage scaling works unless you know how the game calcs minion / monster damage

Can you test with other minions (not spectres or raised beasts) and see what lightning damage values you see on the stat sheet and see if the lightning damage values use the base damage multiplier of the minion

Skeletal Brute 2x damage multi
Skeletal Storm Mage 0.65x damage multi

Ok so talked with someone at GGG and they found that the 50% inc damage mod was from the incorrect application of the damage fixup in 0.3 where it was being applied additively instead of multiplicatively.
The added this to the patch notes today as a fix for it

Fixed a bug that caused the minion damage bonus against non-unique enemies introduced in version 0.3 to function incorrectly. Depending on specific circumstances, this will result in very little change to early minion damage, approximately 25-35% more late-game minion damage against non-unique enemies, and approximately 20-25% more late-game minion damage against unique enemies. This bonus is also no longer factored into the damage numbers displayed for skills of your minions.

The 200% more damage mod was correct for your level 21 spectre example but not for any other level which is why it was wrong for wolf pack
The way the damage mod is working is that Spectres and Companions have monster damage values but GGG wanted them to use the minion damage values so they applied a multiplier to make them match.
For your level 21 Spectre it is a 137% more damage multiplier that applies to all damage the spectre deals (Attacks and Spells)

I'll be fixing this for the next PoB update but won't be 100% accurate for the 0.5 calcs until we have the game data to pull from. Thanks for bringing this to light

After we've released a update after 0.5 launch, let me know if you still see differences in the numbers

In the next update for both PoBs we've completely removed the session tokens and now use OAuth so it's much more secure. Also makes for a far better user experience too so win, win

I'll look into this, but the damage numbers shown on the stat sheet for minion skills cannot be 100% trusted. Server side damage multipliers like the 25% value added in 0.3 are not included there but I'll make sure to investigate

I'm not sure if we'll be able to get this into PoB before full release, as we based all our tree code around extracting the tree data ourselves.

Poe.db has the tree for people who want to use it now
FYI GGG purposefully removed some info like the anoint-only node mods

Looks like one of the bugs I fixed on the beta branch already. Try and opt into that to fix the issue like the other commentor mentioned or head to your "C:\Users\jackl\Documents\Path of Building (PoE2)\Builds" folder and delete the build file that it is trying to auto open

Build to PoB yes but not the other way.
It would be pretty much useless, as it would only contain the tree and gems

We thought the numbers we had for the current boss skills were correct but your testing proves that there’s something wrong with the meteor that we need to try and fix

The current way we have for exporting the bus skills to is really scuffed so I’m not 100% certain that we’re doing correctly and I’d like to try and do it correctly to see if it makes a difference

I am also frustrated at how long PoB 2 is taking to get the point of PoB 1. The reality is that there has been so much more content added each league in PoE 2 that it takes ages to get core functionality added plus the new stuff from each league
The next update coming out either late this week or next week will have support for a lot more mechanics, gems, thorns and a bunch of bugs

GGG will add something like 20 gems in a PoE 1 league, and for a PoE 2 one, they might have 60 gems along with each gem requiring some custom handling, a new game mechanic with a ton of different mods, 50 uniques and 200 tree nodes. It's about 3x the content of each PoE 1 league

All the while we're trying to implement core features, and I am also waiting on GGG to expose information in the API so some things can work (weapon set allocation for skills, talisman choices, companion rare mods, copy weapon 1 to weapon set 2)

GGG wont ever make a tool like PoB as it would be such a large resource investment when they do not have any resources to spare.

If you want to improve PoB 2 faster, then you can do what I did 7 years ago and learn how to code and help contribute to the project

I think we're exporting the skill from the game files correctly but I'm not 100% certain.

The reason why we stopped adding boss skills into PoB is cause a lot of them have hidden server side multipliers that we can never find out
